A true island beauty inside and out - Laurabeth Merritt hails from the lush and luxurious Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Though leaving Honolulu may seem absurd to the landlocked, Laurabeth set her sights on Washington, D.C. where she attended The George Washington University. Upon graduating with a Bachelors of Science in International Affairs, minor in Psychology, she followed her passion for creating into the field of Public Relations.
Her flair, drive, and creativity has landed Traci Allen Inc. clients such as ViPs Inc., Institute of Real Estate Management and Student Youth Travel Association. Laurabeth is a master at writing pithy press releases – guaranteed to grab the attention of even the most cynical media maven, crafting eye catching, thoroughly researched proposals, and a wiz at drafting blogs that generate buzz and mounds of attention. Additionally, her organizational capabilities make her indispensable in event planning, office administration and client relations.
Laurabeth maintains sanity and relieves stress by running - and sipping her favorite cocktail, the Mai Tai, doesn’t hurt either. A blend of physical and intellectual activity makes her happy, and she alternates her focus amongst surfing, hiking, blogging and playing the piano.
